Promotions Within

Northeast Data, Inc. reserves the right to promote employees from within the company.

Promotions are to be discussed between the employee and their immediate supervisor. Promotions are granted to employees who have shown an interest in and ability to assume greater responsibility, make few errors, are “truly team players,” produce greater results, and demonstrate increasing effectiveness with clients. It is company practice to award promotions prior to salary increases.

Promoted employees will have a 90-day probation period, followed by a supervisor evaluation. After the 90-day probation period, Northeast Data, Inc. will have the option to:

  1. Interest and Initiative: Showing a genuine interest in taking on more responsibility and demonstrating initiative in your current role.
  2. Performance: Consistently producing high-quality work with few errors and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  3. Teamwork: Being a “truly team player” who collaborates well with colleagues and contributes positively to the team dynamic.
  4. Results: Achieving greater results than before, indicating growth and improvement in your role.
  5. Client Effectiveness: Demonstrating increasing effectiveness in interactions with clients, leading to better client satisfaction and outcomes.
  6. Responsibility: Ability to assume greater responsibility and handle more complex tasks or projects.

These criteria help ensure that promotions are awarded to employees who are ready to take on new challenges and contribute even more to the company’s success.
