Open-Door Policy

Northeast Data, Inc. is committed to maintaining an open-door policy with all its employees. You are encouraged to discuss any questions, suggestions, or complaints freely and fully with your supervisor or any member of Northeast Data, Inc.'s management. We hope that this practice will strengthen communications throughout Northeast Data, Inc. and help to avoid miscommunications and resolve problems before they escalate.

If you feel that you have a problem, question, suggestion, or complaint, you should take the following steps:

  1. Talk to Your Supervisor: If a concern is raised, we hope that the matter can be resolved by a simple examination and discussion of the facts.
  2. Escalate to Human Resources: If you are not satisfied with the result of the discussion with your supervisor, or if for some reason you do not want to discuss a particular matter with your supervisor, please make Human Resources aware of your concerns.
  3. File a Complaint: If you need to file a complaint, please complete the Employee Complaint form by clicking here.

Confidentiality in Complaints: Northeast Data, Inc. is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all complaints to the extent possible. Information about your complaint will be shared only with individuals who need to know in order to investigate and resolve the issue. Retaliation against employees who file complaints or participate in complaint investigations is strictly prohibited.
