Caution should be taken to not disclose any information related to a project to anyone except other current employees who are specifically entitled to receive such information. This is particularly true for projects and related confidential information undertaken for clients, along with any accounting and client data.
All documents, email, and electronic data generated in the normal course of business or related to the business are the property of Northeast Data Inc., and right of possession lies solely with Northeast Data, Inc. Email and similar electronic records are not retained except as an appropriate part of a Project File or other file overseen by an officer; the company purges such documents on a routine, short-term basis.
Customer information and projects you are working on are also considered confidential. All customer files and documents shall follow the above non-disclosure policy.
