After identifying the work that is no longer needed or that must be reassigned, Northeast Data Manager's must select employees for layoff. These layoffs will be per job title and seniority with the company will not determine the layoff.
For example in the installation Group, the following layoff sequence will occur first. * Please note, Northeast Data will only keep on our best employee's on the payroll at all times during the lay off.
Note: Employees resigning from employment during a layoff will not be eligible for payout on remaining vacation time.
