Employees may enroll in the group insurance plans, which are described to new employees at Orientation and are not offered until the 30 day probationary period has ended. Eligible new employees may also enroll in group insurances by completing the appropriate forms in the Operations Department.
Payroll deduction is used for most employee insurance premium payments for all plans greater than the alloted healthcare stipened provided annually by Northeast Data. For this reason, Employee / Employer agreements must be completed for the insurances and kept on file in the employee’s personnel file.
