Employees are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the contents of this handbook, as it will answer many common questions concerning employment with Northeast Data, Inc. As indicated on the application form you completed, your employment and compensation with Northeast Data, Inc. are "at will," meaning they can be terminated with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, at the option of either Northeast Data, Inc. or yourself, except as otherwise provided by law. However, this handbook cannot anticipate every situation or answer every question about employment. It is not an employment contract and is not intended to create contractual obligations of any kind. Neither the employee nor Northeast Data, Inc. is bound to continue the employment relationship if either chooses, at its will, to end the relationship at any time.
To retain necessary flexibility in the administration of policies and procedures, Northeast Data, Inc. reserves the right to change, revise, or eliminate any of the policies and/or benefits described in this handbook, except for its policy of employment-at-will. The only recognized deviations from the stated policies are those authorized and signed by the President/CEO of Northeast Data, Inc.
Northeast Data, Inc.'s offer to hire you is contingent upon your submission of satisfactory proof of your identity and your legal authorization to work in the United States.
