This Code of Conduct confirms Northeast Data's commitment to ethical behavior wherever we work. As employees of Northeast Data, we are obliged to adhere not only to the provisions of this code, but also to recognize the benefits of conducting ourselves in a professional manner that will attract and retain customers; secure good standing in our communities; protect our company's interests; and, of course, maintain our reputation for quality and excellence.
On or off duty, and employee's conduct reflects on the company. All employees are expected to observe the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
It is not possible to list all the forms of behavior that is considered unacceptable in the workplace. The following examples may result in disciplinary action, up to and including, termination of employment without prior warning.
Fighting or threatening violence between any Northeast Data employee (physical or verbal) will not be tolerated at any time. Any such altercations will be subject to the Progressive Discipline Policy.
All employees are urged to refrain from the use of foul / obscene language at all times.
Foul Language is prohibited in all indoor/outdoor locations including but not limited to:
Lying or asking any employee to lie for another employee will not be tolerated. If an employee performs any such action he / she will be subject to the Progressive Discipline Policy.
Theft is inappropriate removal or possession of company owned property as well as, negligence or improper conduct leading to damage of client, vendor, or company owned property.
