Complaint Procedure

Northeast Data's complaint procedures are as follows:

Any employee disputing any actions must follow the following chain of command. If you do not receive the expected answers then proceed to the next chain person.

Each and every Manger must take all complaints seriously. Any complaints processed will have one week lead time for an answer. Any employee who makes a complaint will be updated in writing on the status of the complaint until the complaint is answered for in full. Please remember that some complaints may take several weeks until the problem can be solved.
