Child Labor Policy

Purpose

Northeast Data, Inc. Child Labor Policy is to ensure that the laws and cares for children’s interests are followed.

Policy Statement

• Northeast Data does not employ any person below the age of [18] years at the workplace.
• We prohibit the use of child labor and forced or compulsory labor at all our site locations.
• No employee is made to work against his/her will or work as bonded / forced labor, or subject to corporal punishment or coercion of any type related to work.

Implementation

This policy is publicly available throughout Northeast Data, Inc. and clearly communicated to all employees in a manner in which it can be understood through our company wide handbook and policy manuals.

The implementation of the policy is the responsibility of the companies Human Resources Department. Northeast Data does not permit minors to enter customer sites as workers. There is zero tolerance policy towards its breach.

Employment contracts and other records, documenting all relevant details of the employees, including age, are maintained at our Human Resources Department and are open to verification by any authorized personnel or relevant statutory body.

Northeast Data provides an annual report to the Board of Directors on any incidents of child or forced labor.

Monitoring and Auditing

Periodic assessment is conducted. The Human Resources Department undertakes random checks of records annually.
