* Employees should take time to verify that their Names and Home addresses are correct with the office and on prime pay to avoid delays in W-2 information

* Employees who travel and are from Pennsylvania, you must acquire a Real ID from the state prior to May 7, 2025.

Getting Started with Prime Pay

Northeast Data utilizes Prime Pay for our Payroll Company. To access the website an email will be sent to you with your username and password.

Please review the below trainingto help you enter in your timecard. If you do not submit time daily and ensure time is submitted timely, there may be a delay in your paycheck.

Please note that your first check is a physical check while the bank completes their handshake process with your bank. Future checks will be direct deposited to your account.

Your first paycheck will contain an authorization key and Employee ID, you will need this key to acquire additional checks on the Prime Pay Portal.
